He possessed an indomitable personality and a deep well of compassion for those who sought justice. Marshall Sack served as both a mentor and cherished friend to Mr. Bogle, instilling in him the unwavering commitment to defend clients fearlessly, despite the ever-evolving legal landscape shaped by social and political forces.
His indelible legacy of advocacy excellence lives on in our hearts. Marshall Sack’s memory is an enduring testament to the ideals he upheld. He peacefully departed on October 23, 2011, leaving an indelible mark on the world of law and justice.
